FoxTalk is a voice communication app designed for motorcycle riding groups. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

- Account information, such as your name and email address, when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Profile information you choose to provide, such as your rider name and profile photo.
- Connectivity and session information, such as group codes, connection mode, recent groups, and ride history stored by the app.
- Location information, if you grant permission, for SOS sharing, emergency-related features, and ride-related functionality.
- Audio input, only while you actively use real-time voice communication features.
- Purchase information related to subscriptions and premium access, provided through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide real-time voice communication features.
- Support group creation, joining, and ride session management.
- Enable SOS sharing and related safety-support features.
- Maintain premium subscription access and restore purchases.
- Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
4. Audio and Voice Data
FoxTalk processes audio to provide live voice communication between riders. FoxTalk is not designed to store or publish your live voice conversations as recordings.
5. Location Data
If you allow location access, FoxTalk may use location information for features such as SOS sharing, emergency contact support, and ride-related functionality. You can manage location access in your device settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the app, such as with service providers used for authentication, connectivity, infrastructure, analytics, or subscription processing. We may also disclose information when required by law.
7. Data Storage and Retention
- Account and profile information may be stored while your account remains active.
- Certain preferences and app data may be stored locally on your device.
- Ride history, recent groups, templates, and similar app data may be retained until removed by you or deleted with the app/account.
- Purchase and subscription records are handled in part by Apple.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- Update your rider name and profile information inside the app.
- Control permissions such as microphone, photos, and location through iOS settings.
- Stop using the app at any time.
- Contact us if you want to request deletion or have privacy-related questions.
9. Children
FoxTalk is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law in your region.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and publish the revised version.
